Luvmyhike brings you a combination of workouts each week in a step by step guide for different levels of fitness. You can choose Newbie, Moderate or Hard Core. We recommend Newbie for 30km Coastrekkers and Moderate for 60km Coastrekkers. Hard Core will really take your fitness to the next level.
