7 steps to staying on track with Luvmyhike

  1. Have a specific goal you are aiming to achieve in the 12-week journey and beyond. Tell everyone you know about your goal. Write it down and put it somewhere you will see it every day.
  2. Schedule your training time for your workouts in to your phone/calendar with reminders that come up the day before.
  3. Pack your backpack and put your workout gear out the night before
  4. Train with a buddy whenever possible, it helps keep you accountable.
  5. Ask your friends and family for their support to give you the time and encouragement you need to get the most out of your Luvmyhike Journey
  6. Prioritize your workout time. Schedule it in to your weekly calendar. Don’t beat yourself up if you miss one, but give yourself the best chance of getting outdoors by making the time to plan for the workout time!
  7. Prioritize sleep. Get at least 8 hours sleep a night. Instead of watching tv, go to bed and read a book,  or read up on your bucket list of adventures! Stay away from devices at least 2 hours before bedtime to ensure better quality sleep.

Now go out in to nature and discover the joy of being fit for adventure!
